What age group are your products suitable for? Woodies, Chubby Woodies and Woodie Dwellings are UKCA and CE tested. All toys are recommended when child has stopped mouthing objects. It is the responsibility of the adult to ensure the toy is appropriate for the age and level of development for the child. Do not leave a child unattended with either the product or its packaging at any time. 

How do I purchase? Products tend to sell out quickly, but please do not worry… we are always making more stock. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with restock dates. Unfortunately, I am unable to keep up with demand for custom orders at the present time.

How do I care for my products? Clean your products using a damp cloth only. Do not submerge in water, as this may cause colour transfer.

How will my products be packaged? Being as sustainable as possible is very important to us here at Growing Through Play. Your product will be packaged using cardboard boxes for larger items and recyclable mailers for smaller items. Our tissue paper, tape and stickers are 100% FSC certified, non-toxic and compostable. 

What countries do you ship to? We currently ship to UK and EU countries. 

How are the Woodies made? The woodies are lovingly made here in the UK by our wonderful supplier, who ensures we only use wood which needs to be cut down to promote the health of English forests. Woodies are made from hard wood, paint and wood varnish.

When will my item be delivered and how do I return my order? Please check individual products for an up to date delivery window. Most orders will be sent within 7 working days. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
